Semi-Underground ICF Deck-Level Swimming Pool

As part of a substantial semi-underground home extension, Brookforge was commissioned to design and build an insulated deck-level swimming pool using Quad-Lock insulated concrete formwork (ICF).

Adapting the Architect’s Pool Design

Brookforge developed the architect’s initial drawings into a detailed specialist swimming pool design, incorporating the technical requirements of the shell and equipment.

Water Features and Lighting

The specification included stainless steel fittings, fibre-optic lighting and illuminated water arches.

Automated Water Treatment and Cover

Automatic Besgo backwash valves and pool chemical dosing were included, alongside a bespoke automatic slatted pool cover.
