Lake District Overflow Swimming Pool for Holiday Accommodation

Brookforge provided technical support and specialist equipment installation for an overflow swimming pool in the Lake District, designed for private-hire use alongside planned holiday chalets.

Pool Designed for Guest Use

With the prospect of significant bather numbers, the project called for a commercial-grade approach to pool systems. Brookforge worked with the client, who was also the main contractor, to provide technical guidance and installation assistance.

Pool Heating and Dehumidification

The site already used oil as a heating fuel in farm buildings. Brookforge specified and supplied a Heatstar Gemini climate-control system using air-source heat pump technology for pool heating and dehumidification.

Plant Room Equipment and Finishes

Brookforge installed the pool plant room equipment and supplied specialist materials, including overflow grating and pool-edge tiles.
