Insulated Quad-Lock Outdoor Swimming Pool in London

Brookforge worked with the architect, client and main contractor to design and construct a fully insulated Quad-Lock ICF swimming pool shell for a new outdoor pool in north-west London.

Insulated ICF Swimming Pool Construction

The pool shell was built using the Quad-Lock insulated concrete formwork system. At the time of this project update, the shell had passed its watertightness tests and was ready for the next stages of finishing.

Pool Finishes and Fittings

The specification included pool tiling and stainless steel wall fittings.

Heating and Automatic Pool Cover

A Calorex air-source heat pump was planned to heat the pool, paired with a Covrex automatic pool cover to help retain heat when not in use.
