With any overflow pool the ability to maintain the flow of water can be achieved with a swimming pool balance tank. The swimming pool balance tank allows for surges of water from the overflow channel to be temporarily stored so a constant flow of water can be maintained through the plant room water treatment systems. Below are pictures taken during the installation of a prefabricated swimming pool balance tank with Brookforge recently installed.
The balance tank is being cast in re-enforced concrete so that heavy plant equipment can be driven over the top of the balance tank during the future development of the site.
