An infinity swimming pool in the stunning surroundings of the Chilterns, an area of natural beauty, has been completed.
This infinity swimming pool is positioned on a hillside overlooking the valley below with uninterrupted views of rolling countryside.
Brookforge worked alongside the local landscapers to construct this impressive 19m x 4.5m infinity pool which is to be used all year round. The pool benefits from an automatic thermal slatted cover which helps minimize heat loses when the pool is not in use.
The Mirrored infinity swimming pool effect
This unique infinity swimming pool lets the water cascade over its edge, this creates a impressive mirror effect when the water is still and means the water level is maintained at a higher level. The pool also benefited from a deep ledge which runs across the entire length of the pool which acts as a bench and somewhere to relax and admire the views.
Brookforge also supplied and installed the pool plant room equipment which can be remotely monitored to ensure the pool is fully function at all times. Energy and water saving technologies were also utilized and the pool is heated primarily with two high spec heat pumps with a propane gas boiler to act as a booster heater for the colder winter months.
