Concrete Pour Successful
The pool shell is cast in a single pour, a homogeneous structure is far stronger than a traditional concrete block construction.
The difference in level is to accommodate a cover which is hidden in a ‘pit’. The cover is an insulated slatted design, and features an automatic system which can be controlled via wireless.
Quad-Lock ICF System
As the Quad-Lock panels act as shuttering for the pour, the result is clean without the wastage of ply shuttering. Quad-Lock is a modular system, which enables quick construction of insulated structures. Brookforge have adapted this system for use with swimming pool construction.
