22m Family Swimming Pool and Spa in West Yorkshire

Brookforge was brought in to provide specialist swimming pool expertise during the refurbishment and extension of a large period property in West Yorkshire, planned as a 52-bedroom residence for friends and family.

22-Metre Pool with a Children’s Area

The proposed 22-metre swimming pool featured a gradual incline to provide a shallower area for children, alongside an in-ground tiled spa at one end.

Pool Hydraulics, Heating and Filtration

Brookforge designed the pool hydraulics, heating, lighting, filtration and sanitation systems, and was appointed to fit out the pool, spa and plant room.

Specialist Materials and Construction Support

The scope included supplying major pool-specific products, including pool and surround tiles, and providing ongoing off-site consultancy to the general building trades involved in the development.
