Completion: Self Contained Plant Room, Destination Nigeria.

Self Contained Plant Room

This recently completed self-contained plant room has been entirely built inside a standard 20 foot shipping container. The client in Nigeria required a commercially rated system with automatic chemical dosing amongst other automatic features. The plant room has been fully tested using a large tank of water to simulate the high volume turnover it was designed to handle. A video tutorial of how to operate and maintain the plant room was filmed inside the container and provided to the client. We will hopefully have an update in the coming months with the system fully installed in Nigeria. To discuss a similar option, or for anything else, please contact us here.

New Forest: Quad-Lock Construction Update

By ensuring that we fix the starter bars in ourselves, we can ensure that they do not dictate where the Quad-Lock walls are set.

The majority of the Quad-Lock structure has been completed, along with reinforcement steels. The remainder of structure will be completed shortly and prepared for concrete pouring. The top of the Quad-Lock walls are cut to laser level ensuring that any inaccuracies in the slab are overcome before the finished floor level.

Southampton: Refurbishment Project

Depth increased, new skimmers installed and concrete tanked

We were asked to refurbish and improve an outdoor pool that was to be housed for year round use. The specification included increasing the depth of the entire pool, installing skimmers with an automatic top up, fitting new lights and install a modern plant room. A Calorex Delta air handling unit along with all ductwork was also specified and installed.

Completion: Luxury Deck Level Pool and Spa

Luxury insulated overflow pool with custom slatted cover save huge amounts of energy

A perfect union of minimalism and grandeur. It is hard to believe that a commercially rated, fully insulated 18m swimming pool and separate spa are concealed within this subtle design. With the covers open, the space in front of the house is transformed into an area of tranquility and repose, a space in which to socialise, entertain and soak up the rural surroundings; admiring the design and craftsmanship of the property as a whole.
